In the truest definition of the word, "physics" is the study of nature. As an artist interested in the makeup of our enivronment, I also consider myself a physicist of sorts. My landscapes are often completed from studies done from the back of my horse. I like to visit each location and take photos as well as paint on site. The abstract pieces often reflect my interest in science and physics. Quite simply they are an attempt to put theoretical physics into visual form.
